Compensation

• $33–$34/hour base pay, based on experience

• Monthly performance bonus potential averaging approximately $2–$4/hour additional compensation

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you'll provide clinical services including:

• Administering IV nutrient therapy

• Performing IM injections

• Supporting clients receiving mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy

• Conducting and coordinating biomarker blood panels

• Educating clients on services and treatment protocols

• Monitoring clients before, during, and after services

• Completing accurate EMR documentation

• Maintaining clinical standards, protocols, and supplies

• Helping ensure safe, consistent, high-quality client care

Leadership Responsibilities

This role is more than simply working scheduled nursing shifts.

You'll also serve as a resource and leader for our nursing team by:

• Mentoring and supporting other Restore nurses

• Reinforcing clinical standards and best practices

• Helping ensure consistency across the client experience

• Supporting onboarding and training of nursing team members

• Communicating clinical needs and concerns to leadership

• Collaborating with our Medical Director and Advanced Practice Providers

We're looking for someone who enjoys both hands-on client care and helping other nurses succeed.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license

• Strong IV insertion skills

• Current BLS certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and confidently

• Dependable, professional, and client-focused

Preferred:

• 2+ years of nursing experience

• Emergency Room, ICU, Med-Surg, infusion, or other acute-care experience

• Previous leadership, charge nurse, or mentoring experience

• Experience with IV therapy and injections
